Our Wedding Day in Jamaica was just wonderful and went without too many hitches - see pictures.

The Quality Napkins website to date has had over 2500 hits with orders going all over the world (from this little town called Foggie)

Lynn and I are really pleased at how fast this side if the business is developing with increased sales month by month.  We are now seeing many repeat orders from our delighted customers. 

Our "live support" service has been widely used and has been helpful to discuss various requirements.

Although like any business (if your honest) we have had a couple of disappointed customers.  One customer ordered too late and the post did not arrive in time, another customer did not like the quality of a small 33cm napkins chosen from the website for a wedding; both returned the goods, received a full refund and are now happy "so we can please most of the people most of the time."

The napkin shop has now been open just over 3 months and we are amazed at how many people have visited and also how far they have travelled to visit the shop.  All comments are very favourable and the table layouts have been very popular.  We will change our table displays in October for Halloween and again with our Christmas selection starting on the 8th November 2007.

The shop hours will change over the festive period starting from Sunday 11th November 2007 we will open at 10am and close at 4pm.  We will do this for 7 consecutive Sundays on the run up to Christmas, closing on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during this period.

Our Christmas stock will include garlands, table decorations, candles, table covers, festive toilet rolls and needless to say lots of napkins.
